As a part of Delight Ministries, I have strengthened my faith, grown closer to the Lord, and made so many new friendships.

It’s hard to put into words how much I appreciate my time at Carson-Newman. The values I learned throughout my academic and athletic career at C-N helped jump-start my career in the field of strength and conditioning. Most of the foundation of my life was built at C-N.
